Trying to sort out many things in the last few days... the biggest thing is the decision to finally start hormones, like I've wanted to for many years. At the moment, I've been trying to find some people to talk to about this that are understanding.

The other thing is learning how to use this site... I thought I was pretty good with this sort of stuff in a general kind of way, but I'm guess I'm getting too old ;)
